Warranty Coverage

During the warranty period, if any SPAISEN LED displayproducts experience material or manufacturing defects,SPAISEN will provide repair or replacement services freeof charge for the affected components.

Exclusions

Our warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, improper installation, unauthorized repair, normal wear and tear, or external factors such as power surges, fire, water damage, or accidents.

SPAISEN provides flexible service solutions based on the nature of the issue:

Remote Technical Support

We offer online assistance for common technical issues, including signal connection problems, power system issues, software configuration, and module or power supply replacement guidance.

Return Material Authorization (RMA) Service

If the issue cannot be resolved remotely, SPAISEN will evaluate and arrange RMA service for product repair or component replacement.

On-Site Service

For complex projects, SPAISEN may provide on-site support. Customers can submit service requests with product details, issue description, location, and contact information. Additional labor or travel costs may apply depending on project conditions.
